Arrange a time when you can be uninterrupted for at least an hour, to concentrate your attention on defining your dreams. Sit down with your Dream List in a comfortable, quiet place to start visualizing your dream.

What is your dream?

Begin to picture some ideas about it.
Allow vivid images to flow into your imagination.
Create your ideal scene, writing anything that comes to mind, no matter how crazy or unrealistic it might seem.

You can sort out and evaluate your ideas later. For now, just let them flow freely. Write in as much detail as you can.

Describe your ideas in sparkling sensory images, being sure to include the feelings and sensations they elicit.

Suppose that, for the first time in your life, you have been given the opportunity to start anew, knowing everything in your life from now on will support you in “Living Your Dream.”

See yourself walking down a narrow path lined on both sides by flowers and hanging vines. You are enchanted by the beauty all around you. Floral fragrances fill the air and brilliant-colored birds swoop and sing. Breathe in deeply and soak up the warm, soothing rays of the sun.

Continue along the path until you come upon a scene that you recognize as your ideal place to be in all of nature.

Here you are free of all distractions and responsibilities. Take a good look around you.

Do you see blue skies and grassy fields?
Do you see mountains?
Are there trees, water, flowers, the ocean, birds, sunshine, rain? Note the colors and details of the landscape, as an artist would.

Where are you?
What is it you love about the particular place you find yourself in?
How does it feel to be there?
What is the one quality of the scene you would want to take with you wherever you go?
Relax, and soak up enough of this feeling to last for a lifetime.

When you are ready, gently open your eyes without leaving your scene. Draw or paint it in your Dream List, and write all about it before going on.

Then close your eyes again. Now, you feel eager to know what lies just ahead. Gather yourself up, and turn your eyes toward a sparkling light not far away. With a springing step, start out across the short stretch to find out what could be reflecting the sunbeams so brightly.

And just look!

There it is – your dream house, perfect in every way.
It is in the exact location you would choose, if you could choose any place you wanted.

Walk slowly up to it, noticing every exterior detail.
What kind of house is it?
Describe what you see from the outside.

Stop for a moment to picture and write what you see.

What is important to you in your home?
Where do you spend most of your time?
What kinds of experiences will you choose to have there?
How do your surroundings accommodate these purposes?
What does the dreamer in you say you aspire to?

Dream … and write.
Imagine you can dream and write into your life any possessions you like.
What are some of the things you desire?
What objects energize the dreamer in you?

Describe each detail of your ideal home to your complete satisfaction.
Now once again look beyond, to see more of what is in store for you, to fulfill and complete your life.
Begin to consider the central purpose for your life.

Send yourself soaring to new heights of power, wealth and happiness!

One of the critical steps to the law of attraction is visualizing exactly what you want. Once you you are able to visualize it , the Law of Attraction works wonders.

Have you created yourself your very own Vision Board?

Some of you require assistance when it comes to visualization. If you do not know how to go about it, here is a quick guide that I learnt from an internet marketing workshop by Stephen Pirece, a world famous gurus. Some of the basic materials needed include

a) A Posterboard

b) Some used magazines, newspapers or other materials that would help you create your own customized pictures. Go for lots of colourful choices. Your vision board is supposed to enhance your visualisation experience, so it definitely helps in stimulating your creativity and imagination if your Vision Board is more vibrant.

c) Glue

Quick tips on how to create a Vision Board:

(1) Cut out interesting pictures, wordings from the stack of magazines and newspapers. For an enhanced impact, I do recommend that some personalized pictures be included. For example, if one of your goal is to purchase a dream apartment unit in a premier location, you can check out a showroom, take some pictures of you sitting on the couch or keep the catalog to be used later.

(2) Take a close look at each picture or wording phrase that you have cut and start relating each to the dreams or goals that you have envisioned. Hold the intention in your mind as you review them and place those that you have a connection with and chosen onto the poster board. You can use pins to help you position them nicely into different categories like Health, Career, Relationships etc.

(3) Glue them together. Write affirmations or apply colourings to enhance the visual appeal.

(4) Place your board in a place where you can see it everyday. This can be your office, bedroom, study room or even your bathroom! No matter where you put it, make it a point to review it at least twice per day. It’s futile going through all the effort creating it only to leave it at a corner of your home or office gathering dust.

It is not the number of times you review the vision board, rather it is the effectiveness of it. That is why, I will say “You need to review it effectively as many times as your schedule permits everyday.” A rule of thumb for gauging effectiveness is the amount of emotions you invest into reviewing it. The board itself is just an engine, the emotion is the fuel. Ask yourself, do you feel the adrenaline rushing up when you see a picture of yourself sitting in the living room of your dream apartment? Are you pleasantly surprised to see the daily or weekly deposits into your bank account statement? Are you excited at the thought of having an athletic body? Remember, the more of such quality visualisations, the better your experience will be.

The old adage, `You don’t need to be a rocket scientist’ actually does apply to quantum physics! Your thoughts are things!

Does that information stagger your consciousness? Your thoughts are actually creating your life!

You, as the owner of your thoughts, feelings, emotions, are designing your reality every moment, awake or not. What you experience on a daily basis is a mirror reflection of that which you are focused on.

You do not need to travel to a high mountain in India to receive enlightenment, it already exists in your conceptual self. What you will need to do is discover for yourself the vehicle that most easily enables you to visualize your dreams, and ultimately causes them to be manifested in reality.

There are numerous tools available for your visualization needs. Power wheels, victory boards, and even a simple river rock can all help you deliberately direct your positive energy towards the life you desire.

The power wheel resembles a pizza, if you will, with a circle in the middle. In that circle you write down, or place a picture of, the desire you will be manifesting into actuality. Around the circle, in the `slices’ write down descriptions, or place more pictures of people who are already experiencing this specific type of success.

Don’t generalize! If you are envisioning a home with a rock fireplace in the 1500 square foot master bedroom, do not allow your energy to wander vaguely!

The Law of Attraction is extremely precise, as is any absolute truth, and it will not give you exactly what you want if your thoughts are less than concentrated.

As you dwell devotedly on your power wheel be thankful for the home that will be, as if it already is. Imagine yourself decorating the home, entertaining in it, and especially experiencing the tranquility that only creating your own personal sanctuary can bring.

A victory board will generally be less structured than the power wheel, but with equally influential results.

Purchase a poster board, or a bulletin board. Write extremely descriptive plans regarding your goal, and post these, along with photos or drawn images that coincide with your intentions.

This visualizing tool is very similar to the power wheel in concept, but just as there are many different dreams, there must exist different tools that enable your positive energy to be funneled in the right direction, also.

It is not important which tool you avail, it only matters that you have one, and you are faithful to the concentration of your emotions towards that ultimate objective.

How can a lowly river rock help you achieve wildly ambitious aspirations? Quite simply, you carry it with you consistently, and whenever you feel it in your pocket, remember to visualize your dream.

Anything that keeps you focused, keeps you energized, and helps to maintain your joyful expectancy is worthy of your efforts as you discover for yourself which tool or tools work best for you.

There is no right or wrong way to call the Law of Attraction into action on your behalf, there is only doing it, and beginning today!
